From the decoction of ripe watery pulp fruits and the infusion of their kernels (seeds) we obtain a delicate rosolio with an unmistakable refreshing flavor.
We select the fruiting of the best cultivated trees in Puglia and in other regions with a mild climate such as Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily.
