FLAVORED WINES

Aromatised wines are those special wines with an alcohol content of not less than 16% and not more than 21% by volume, consisting mainly of a wine with or without alcohol and sucrose (main component of table sugar), as well as substances authorized (mainly bitter or aromatic) such as to give the product particular odors and flavors unrelated to wine.
This is how Primatì was born, an aromatized wine made up of a primitive red wine DOP of Manduria to which, after having completed the normal stabilization and maturation practices, we add a certain amount of alcohol until it reaches an alcohol content of 20 °.
The subsequent addition of fruits and spices and aging in cask, which can reach up to 12 months, give it character, complexity and charm, typical of a great flavored wine.

Color: Intense ruby red

Aroma: Hints of berries and red fruits, heady scent of black cherries

Flavor: Full-bodied on the palate
