ARTISAN ROSOLIO

This is a wild, perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the family Apiaceae, and luxuriantly growing along the country roads, the gardens and the pastures of our Murgia.
During the processing, its tassels, buds, seeds and open flowers release some essential oils having a typical flavour of anethole. With its fresh and inebriating flavour, it is excellent as a natural digestive.
