PRODUCTION

Zest, cinnamon, wild fennel seeds, black tea, juniper berries, camomile, cloves, rosemary, sage, basil, laurel, mint and lemon balm are the plants that we infuse to create our herbal liqueur: the Amaro.
It is bitter at first, then it becomes smooth, soft and balanced, and finally it explodes with herbs and aromas.
It is tasted neat or mixed with other ingredients to prepare pre or after-dinner cocktails.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Scorched earth

Aroma: The most intense hints of juniper berries, rosemary and mint are combined with the spicy ones of cloves, cinnamon and black tea

Flavor: The taste is soft, and rich, pleasant and elegant, now sweet and now bitter with good intensity and balanced persistence
