PRODUCTION

Rosolio with almonds is the perfect recipe for lovers of liqueurs with unmistakable aromas. The first stage of processing consists in recovering fresh almonds, paying close attention to selecting only sweet and non-bitter fruits because the latter contain some toxic substances, such as to alter the final flavor of the product. After the first phase, we finely chop the fruits to wrap them in a soft paste that will be carefully processed by decoction and finally mixed with a mixture of water and sugar, giving life to an excellent rosolio with a characteristic flavor.
