Fruit of the tree belonging to the Rosaceae family and to the Eriobotrya genus.
From the decoction of ripe watery pulp fruits and the infusion of their kernels (seeds) we obtain a delicate rosolio with an unmistakable refreshing flavor. We select the fruiting of the best cultivated trees in Puglia and in other regions with a mild climate such as Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily.
Colore: amber with golden reflections
Aroma: scent of dried fruit and marzipan
Sapore: velvety taste on the palate
