ARTISAN ROSOLIO

Rustic, perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the family Fabaceae.
In order to obtain the essence for our rosolio, we use ultrapure decoctions and extracts from the underground roots of the luxuriant plants growing in the close Calabria, an Italian region littered with plantations with a centuries-old tradition.
A black nectar with digestive, anti-inflammatory and depurative properties.

Color: Intense and brilliant black

Aroma: Strong and structured, with perceptions of elderflower

Flavor: Dense and creamy, first bitter then sweet on the palate, with a unique and unmistakable aroma
